How to delete all existing channels and scan again.

Delete All the channels and scan again:

This step is required for every new installation. Although the unit has been tested and scanned with all the channels, it is not the same for another site.

From the remote control, press the MENU button

Press > a few times and select Edit Channels and OK

   Select Delete All and OK > select Yes and OK

   Select Installation and OK > Single Satellite Search

   Select Search, OK to search

   Click exit when done.

Upgrade Skybox F5 firmware

Upgraded the Skybox F5 to the latest firmware resolved the problems of watching youtube. youporn also work.

Firmware can be downloaded at: http://www.skybox.cc/down.asp

Steps to upgrade firmware:

1.Download and unzip the file SKYBOX F5 F3 M3_3601HD_CMT_130327079B.abs to the root of usb drive.
2.Insert usb drive to the Skybox.
3.Press menu > tools > upgrade by usb
4.Move to Start and press OK
5.Press OK when complete
6.Restart Skybox
7.Firmware upgraded and no more problem with youtube.
